I had severe pain in my hands, especially at night. I could not sleep at night, my hands tingled, they were swollen and I was dropping things all the time.
I went to a Medical Doctor and he said I had carpal tunnel in both hands so severe I needed surgery on both hands. I didn’t want to have surgery. I saw in the newspaper where Dr. Formanek had a treatment program for carpal tunnel syndrome. I called and I got an appointment to see if he could help me.
The first treatment relieved me so much I continued the treatments. Besides the adjustments and therapy to my wrists I do hand exercises at home, wear wrist braces, and take three vitamins a day.

Dr. Formanek told me that with continued chiropractic care over time my immune system would improve. It got me to thinking about my daughter Ashley. She seems to catch every cold bug at school, she was having stomachaches that would come and go, also nosebleeds. I took her in to see Dr. Formanek.

I have been putting up with neck pain for about 4-5 years now and it would get so bad I would end up with a severe headache that would last for days. I awoke one morning in May 2004 and nearly collapsed in pain. My upper back and neck were largely immovable and I was in considerable pain.
